In our current Stage 1 model, JEMS operates as a consultancy. We provide detailed scripts, step-by-step guides, and real-time translation support so you can make bookings yourself. For Japanese-language-only venues, we assist with live translation during your calls.

What's the QR ticketing transition?

JR East and seven other major Tokyo-area operators are shifting from magnetic paper tickets to QR-code ticketing by end of fiscal 2026. Simultaneously, contactless credit card interoperability has launched across 11 Kanto operators. Our Ticket Lab session is designed to navigate this transition.

What's the cancellation policy?

Our 3-tier policy: cancellation 30+ days before the trip retains the deposit only. Cancellation 14–29 days retains the deposit plus Integration Day fee. Cancellation within 13 days retains the full package fee. All terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.

Can I book just the planning phase?

Yes. Phase A (Architectural Planning) can be booked as a standalone service for $1,500. This includes precision routing, station walkthrough guides, reservation support, and a pre-trip briefing call — everything you need to arrive prepared.
