Toyosu Market replaced the legendary Tsukiji inner market in 2018. The tuna auction, starting at 5:30am, is a mesmerizing spectacle of speed and precision. Visitors can watch from a glass-walled observation gallery, then enjoy the freshest sushi breakfast at the market restaurants.
